Meet Jessica Adkins, Your Radiant Soul Guide.
Jessica is the visionary behind the Radiant Soul Guide method of healing addiction and trauma, and the accomplished author of “Embracing the Shadows.” With a deep commitment to guiding individuals toward self-discovery and transformation, Jessica is a Yoga Alliance RYT-500 and E-RYT-200. She has study to specialize in Kundalini, Enneagram, and Ayurveda. She is the owner of Radiant Soul Yoga and co-owner of the St. Albans Yoga & Fitness Co-Op in St. Albans, West Virginia. As a certified NLP practitioner, she brings the power of Neuro-Linguistic Programming to help you reshape thought patterns and behaviors. Her training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) equips her with evidence-based strategies to assist in overcoming limiting beliefs and achieving your goals. In addition to her expertise in NLP and CBT, Jessica is also a certified Reiki practitioner, Sound Healer, and coach, providing holistic support to nurture your spiritual and emotional growth, bringing balance and energy realignment to your life. Jessica is a graduate of Yoga Farm Ithaca and has been trained in the Stillpoint Method of somatic mindfulness. She studied and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EDMR) and sound therapy & healing under Dr. Krishna N. Sharma, and completed training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) with Lorena Popa to become a certified facilitator. Her training allows her to create a personalized program for clients by identifying their unique goals and needs.

As we clear old wounds and triggers, we make away for new opportunities to present themselves. This work is not easy and not a “one round and done.” Shadow work requires us to peel back layers of an onion and continue the journey for a lifetime.
